Our goal is for you to be 100 atisfied with your purchase. Before preparing your item for shipment we will inspect it for defects. Most defects will be obvious during the first 30 days. If a defect is discovered after you receive your item, it can be exchanged for a replacement. Contact our Customer Support department to make arrangements for your exchange.
All orders, except made-to-order or personalized orders, can be returned for a refund or an exchange for any reason within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, but with-in 90 days, you will only receive a store credit.
Made-to-order or custom orders (e.g. embroidery, direct to garment or screen printed), clearance items, altered, or worn and washed items, cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. Only in the case of factory defect, or error caused by us, can exchange may be made.
